Don't worry too much about each school's total number of ortho matches per year. Georgetown's relatively high number has nothing to do with the caliber of the school; rather, the ortho department is very gung-ho about "recruiting" med students into the field, so they generate a lot of interest among the students (the chairman is very hands-on with the students during their rotations, and encourages them to pursue ortho). You will be able to match ortho regardless of you school as long as you do well, etc.
There are such "pipelines" at many schools (in different fields). Wake, for instance, has a very active anesthesia department and, as a result, a disproportionate number of the students go into gas (something like 19 out of 108 last year).
