is it a MUST to put the labial bow in the middle third? what if i put in incisal third?

I did that once and nearly killed the patient!
No, it doesn't matter. You still have control and can adjust it, it just looks kinda off if it's not centered on the teeth (vertically). The teeth don't care though, it still works
