I'm a Canadian who graduated from an American Medical School. I've already been matched up for residency, but I'm starting to get homesick. What are my chances of getting into a orthopedic residency in Canada? Its competitive down here, but what is it like at home? Ideally, I'd prefer to be in the Ontario region.

All I can tell you is that ortho is competitive in Canada.

I have no idea what your chances would be given you've already matched in the US... I'm not sure that you would be eligible for the carms match next year.
