Saw this online...the Serrano case is settled: http://www.browngold.com/news/dr_serrano_and_johns_hopkins_university_settle_lawsuit.pdf

I still find this case terrifying and now that it's settled (and Dr. Serrano still basically got screwed), think it serves as a pretty good example for why residents don't often report work violations...
