Osomo P in the Kidneys

In the kidneys, the glomerulus doesn't affect OP but the Loop of Henle decreases the OP and the distal tubule increases the OP? Is this correct? What about the hydrostatic P? Is it constant?

Another question I have is if your BP increases does the volume going into the glomerulus increase as well?
