Hey guys! I wanted to have someone read over my personal statement that I will be submitting to AACOMAS. I just want to make sure that it answers the question of why medicine but also why osteopathic medicine.

I can't offer to read your ps because my foreign internet is janky, but I can offer you a bit of advice. You don't necessarily have to answer the why osteopathic medicine question in your primary. If the answer is natural to your whole ps, then go ahead. If it comes off as something that is a bit of a digression then it is best to save it for the secondaries. Plenty of secondaries ask the why osteopathic medicine question. You will have plenty of space to answer it then.

Not exactly answering your question, but for anyone who stumbles across this and is looking for this answer.. I never included why osteopathic medicine in my personal statement (only why medicine). Was accepted to and plan on matriculating to DO school this Fall.
