so which undergraduate degree should one pursue for DO school?
Currently undergrad for Biology/Nursing
 
And honestly you're not doing yourself a huge favor by taking a ton of science classes to prepare yourself for what is to come. Do what you enjoy while meeting the basic requirements and I think you'll end up being happier than pursuing a heavy biology/chemistry degree if that's not your thing.
