Yeah I still haven't heard anything. I did get a rejection from Henry Ford, ha.

I've honestly somewhat given up hope on aoa invites since I didn't do any audition rotations at aoa programs and I know they usually really like you to do those. I'm happy with my 2 acgme invites so far, crossing my fingers for more.

How many acgme invites do you think we need to be safe not going through the DO match? A couple residents at the place I was at last month said 10-15 but it doesn't seem like I'm going to get that many. I hate feeling like not matching is a real possibility...

I think 10 is the magic number for most people that I know. Once most had 10 they withdrew from AOA. Obviously not a hard a fast rule but it is a reasonable goal to shoot for.

It was a few weeks ago. Yes I think it was Macomb. Also got a rejection from Arrowhead.

Looks like I'll definitely be doing the acgme match only. Which maybe is a blessing in disguise since the decision has been made for me

Got a rejection from Genesys yesterday. Pretty much had radio silence this week in general. Not feeling awesome at the moment.

Yeah I find it very odd. I've received 2 rejections and have heard back from zero of the other programs and I applied on July 16. I do know someone who has an interview at a place not listed on here, but I didn't ask her which other osteopathic programs she had interviews with. But at least I have a few acgme invites!

There are a few programs like that. We made a list of programs we had heard did that among all of us that are doing OB. I was dumb and still applied to them cause why not try haha. It seems that all the interview invites are slowing down at this point. It's mostly just been rejection emails for the past few weeks.
