So, the local radiation oncologist called me up about a patient with osteoradnecrosis of the 5th and 6th right rib and now the patient has basically pain syndrome consistent with an intercostal neuralgia. I would really like to offer this patient a block but would be prefer not to use steroids. What other options for injectate could I use.
