Is anyone very familiar with this program? Is there anyone on here that has been accepted through it, or at least applied for it? I did a search for it, and only found one rather old thread about it. It didnt really address my questions though, which deal with eligibility to apply for it. If anyone has any information on it, please reply back. Thanks! 🙂

I did already. I spoke to a lady whom I wanna say her name was Erica? Its been a few days... All I know is I believe it was the student affairs dept I was transfered to. And she wasnt very knowledgable at all. I just want to know if I am eligible or not. I have seen the eligibility requirements, and the only ones I am hoping of getting in on, are fairly vague with no links as to what qualifies. Namely, I have a GED, so Im not even a "normal" HS graduate, and Im wondering if I qualify as a first generation college student. My mother does actually have some college, but she never graduated. I told all of this to the lady and her answer was "probably". Any more suggestions or just comments would be greatly appreciated!

the general criteria are on the school's website http://www.healthsciences.okstate.edu/student/bridge/eligibility.cfm

Nobody's going to be able to tell you definitively if you're qualified unless you go through the application process and are evaluated. The program is competitive and, just like with everything else, your application/interview will be compared to all of the others in that particular year.

i just searched the site, but it seems they've removed the detailed requirement list. you may have to call as drmon said. i'd tell ya what they were, but they have been tweaking the program

They've "tweaked" that program every year since it started.

That's part of why nobody on here is going to be able to give you any better info than the school itself.

Bump. Anyone going here.. I see the mcat requirement is a 15.... hell i feel like taking the test without studying and apply now.
