OSU Contract seats... HELP

To anyone who is a WV contract student or knows someone who is, please help.

I need to know if a student uses the WV contract seat to get into OSU, is that contract student ever allowed to get "Ohio residency" through OSU and pay instate tuition? I've called the WV contract program, the OSU admissions office, registrar, vet school, etc. and no one can give me a straight answer or tell me who I need to contact.

im an OOS but i think that you should be able to. they told me that it wouldn't be a problem. if you talk to the office of professional admissions, they may have some answers for you.
