Just wanted to know the following:

Oct. Interview Date was for out-of-state students and the Nov. and Dec. Invites are for in-state students only.

Also, if 60 students are interviewed in Oct. and only 30 are accepted does that mean the other 30 are automatically on the wait list or is there still a potential for applicants to be totally denied admission (not even on the wait list)?

I am fairly sure that the first interview date is for out-of-state applicants. I also have heard from a fairly good source that those people they would like to interview in December will have something sent out at the end of next week. I go to OSU and this is my first choice and most likely place to get in so I am definitely getting nervous.

This is just not true... I am from California and have an interview tomorrow morning. I also met other out of state people during other interviews that had this same day. FYI the hotel they tell you to go to is really nice!

I think they say "most" but there are exceptions if they want to interview someone else. But I think that is the "general" outline for the majority of type of applicant interviewed. Thats what OSU said anyway. You're probably special futuredentist09 🙂
