I interviewed at both a couple of years ago and thought both were good programs.
Cinci: Seemed like a nice program with a young, involved program director and good comradery among the residents. Education wise, great pedi radiology training and the rest seemed solid. I am sure research is available, but did not seem to be much of an emphasis.
OSU: Seemed a little more research oriented. I'm not sure if it is or not. We only got to talk to 2 residents the whole time there, which was kind of odd and made me worried about what the rest would say (or it could have been a fluke that only those 2 were avilable). Didn't get as friendly a vibe as cinci.
Remember, these are just my impressions after a day of interviewing so they could be totally wrong. I think you'd get solid training at either. Columbus is much more liberal and younger town than Cinci if thats a criterian.
