I know OTA's obviously work under the supervision of OT's... But when they say "under supervision" do they mean like the OT is leaning over their shoulder watching them ad they do everything? Or the OT just gives the interventions to be carried out and the OTA does so under the OT's license? Kind of like what a doctor does with a nurse? They evaluate come up with what needs to be done and the nurse carries it out.
