I am just wondering where can you look up for OTC products (for such as laxatives...) with detailed MOA, counseling points...?

Not sure if you are looking for a real 'book', but the Handbook of Nonprescription drugs published by APhA is an excellent resource!

We're required to have this book for therapeutics this year.
