other audio besides goljan?

I've been listening to Goljan audio while driving and working out, and it is revolutionary and amazing. Does anybody know of any other high-yield audio lectures one could get ahold of, perhaps in some of the other subjects besides path?

Our school has "gold series review" CD's or something like that. We can check them out of the library. They're horrible. Very dry monotone voice that talks way too slow, repeats everything five times, and pauses to let the "student doctor" answer. The whole thing is set up in question/answer format where you're supposed to answer all of the questions the narrator asks.

I think the set probably covers all of the basics, but I'd rather just fail the damned test than listen to any more of them.

There's also Webprep which is good, not as good as goljan but a really good second.

When anyone refers to "Goljan audio", is it the same set that everyone has? (the one that's "avaliable" online?)

I just wanna know if everyone has the same set, or if there's another version available for purchase.

People sell them on ebay, but those sales are not legal as they violate Dr. G's copyright.

Right. I mean, a friend has the Goljan .mp3s that a third-year friend gave him on a flash drive. They were too big to email (~600MB), but they would all barely fit onto a CD, a mode of media that this friend subsequently used to share Goljan with many of his friends. He said they were virtually impossible to get online, but somebody had to get 'em at some point, so if you ask around among third- and fourth-years at your school, chances are somebody would be able to hand them down. Illegally.

I figured that since we're in the Napster generation, this wouldn't degenerate into a discussion about copyright issues.

The gold standard stuff blows chunks as previously mentioned. Convert Kaplan Live videos into audio mp3's and they're quite useful. Takes some computer know how though.
