I had three 1 on 1 interviews with a PhD professor, a physician, and an administrator. I was asked questions such as where did I see myself in 10 years, my strengths and weaknesses, about health care in the U.S., and about specific activities on my applications. They interview between two different academic buildings and will give you the name of the interviewer, building, and room number, and time for you to arrive. Some are back to back (10 min break) and others wait 30 mins-45 mins in between. You will have lunch with students prior to your interviews, which is a very good time to ask them exactly how to find each office, ie the fastest way to get there. Overall I had a good experience and all of the interviewers were very nice. Good luck!
