OU-COM turnaround time

Hey everyone! I just submitted my secondary to OU-COM and it should be complete either today or early next week. It's my first choice, especially since I'm an Ohio resident. I'm just wondering how long it took for people to hear back about interview/rejection. Also, does anyone have any idea how full the class is at this point (have called and I just get the "we interview thru march). I just want to know my chances, since I have lower end GPA (sci 3.33/cum 3.41) but a good MCAT score (29Q). Any info would be great! Thanks!

I was officially completed in 12/21 and I got an interview invite on 12/29 for 1/14. Good luck and OUCOM is a great school with a tremendous faculty and nice people.

You will get in, provided the class is not full. My stats were a tick better than yours and I got in.

I am also going to be giving up my spot soon, hope that helps someone.

my last letter got there 12/21 so i think i am officially complete now. My gpr isnt that great with a 3.0(2 semesters of taking 19 hours didnt help-had 3.4 until senior year) but my MCAT was a 27p. im currently doing neurology research in epilepsy, and have a lot of volunteer work and clinical experience. do they look at many other factors besides grades like they say? OU is my first choice school and Jill(assist. director of admissions) was flattered when i told her and said she was glad thats what i wanted. do i have chance here?

i'll be published soon, i was vice president of a multicultural frat, collegiate title in taekwondo, violin teacher for 5 years, worked at free clinic, childrens hospital, regular hospital, mentor at middle school and tutor, member of symphony, and coordinated AIDS awareness program on campus, plus im handsome 🙂 jk (actually i am but i wanted to be modest....)

I think you are going to have a tough time. Though your MCAT score is decent, your gpa is low, and with it being so late in the game....
