I have no idea if they screen or not. I received the secondary on 7-11-05 and it is complete but I haven't heard anything else. Sorry.

Edit: Sorry, in the email letting me know my app was complete they start reviewingthe apps this week and interviews start in October.

The secondary comes via email - - I would check to make sure your email providered didn't mark it as spam or junk!
