OUCH....help!

I am just finishing my application for pod school and just when I thought everything was alright....I got my transripts from the first college I attended. Have I wasted the last year and a half of my life? Can this be explained? If so how and where should I? Any help would be appreciated.
Here is my situation:

I attended college for two semesters in 1991. I have a 2.42 overal GPA for those two semesters. I switched in 1992 to another college. My overall GPA is 3.51 at this college. My science GPA for the pre-req classes is currently 3.85. I am finishing the remaining pre-req's currently. I have not gotton less than an A- in approx the last 12 classes. Also, I have great LOR's from a POD and my science professors. Obviously, in 1991 I was a different person. How worried do I need to be? I didn't recall my GPA to be that low. I wanted to throw up when I saw it.

Dude, take a chill pill. The way you started your post, I thought you had liek 10 Fs or something. ADCOM like upward trends and a 3.8 GPA is > than the average POD applicants (3.0-3.5). Take the MCAT and try to score at least a 20. Apply to all the schools early and lets see what happens.
