Which schools give blind interviews (a blind interview is one where the person interviewing you has not seen your record and knows nothing about your background)?

Which schools have multiple choice exams? I think I remember hearing a speaker from SCCO mentioning that all their exams are multiple choice. Is this true for other schools as well?
