Hey! I just wrote my nbeo part 1 boards this past week. I bought the basic tier for kmk and shared an optoprep account with my friends. if i were being honest, i would say that the optoprep questions were more similar to the part 1 questions but kmk also gave me a nice review of all concepts. I don't recommend getting the signature package because my friends who got the signature package didn't have time to even complete the extra materials. The basic package has more than enough material for you to review, on top of the optoprep questions. But one thing i will say is to try and get the booster and crash course videos because those were superrrr helpful.
