By "things to take with you" do you mean odd items such transcripts? If that is the case, then no, you don't need to take anything other than the usual items needed for an overnight stay (if you are staying overnight). Besides a good disposition, a smile, and business/professional clothes some adcoms ask that you bring a 2"x2" photo with you. I had a couple in my suit jacket as back-ups and a couple of schools asked for them while I was interviewing (e.g. USC).
