Anyone know a relatively cheap service that will do this for you?

Right now Im signed up with uship... where companies compete to ship your car.. not going to well, the average price Im getting is about $800 to ship from Houston to Chicago... I wanted more around 500-600 so I can still by a plane ticket to my destination...

Anyone have any luck so far with this??

It will be cheaper to just drive it up there.

I'm trying to figure this out too. I'm on the alternate list right now, so if I get pulled off from the list, then that's what I'm planning to do too. Last summer, my friend shipped hers for $750 from SoCal to Oklahoma.

why would you not drive. At 20 mpg you would be paying a little over $200. That is considerably cheaper.

I've never heard of Uship but I have had my car shipped on several occasions. Usually I am quoted between $900-1400, so I think $800 is fairly reasonable. My husband did find one service around here that would do it for around $600 but it seemed kind of shady. You had to drop your car off and pick it up at certain locations (no door-to-door service), could only pay in cash, and your car would take about a month to be delivered.

LoL Sounds farmiliar... but yea.. looks like I'll be driving!

I didn't know I was off-topic.. thought that since we haven't started class yet this is still a pre-pharmacy issue!!

But I guess... sorry 🙁
