Any issues with a hospital owned IM group that people have? About to join a prefer group that checks a lot of boxes and was wondering what thoughts are.

Depends on the person, the hospital, culture, setup, etc. I'm not in IM outpatient but have many friends who are at hospital-owned setups. It varies pretty greatly. Some are happy at their place others aren't. Things like pay, autonomy, culture, support, expectations all differ.
