is it possible to have just an outpatient practice without working in the hospital once in private practice?

if yes, then would most problems be back pain?

What treatments could be done besides sending pts to pt or surgery?

It seems like PMR docs can very thoroughly diagnose, but then they either inject the pts, send them to pt, or surgery.

Anyone's input is appreciated!
