Anyone have suggestions on other resources I could use to increase my comprehension of the subject? My professor has an odd way of presenting the material in class. He begins the class going over the end-of-chapter problems without at least reviewing over the expected reading for first. Not to mention some of the material(we are covering enzymes in-depth now) is pretty dense and doesn't exactly sink in well for me.

Browse through the Khan Academy stuff online. There must be something there, or even on Youtube.

Thanks Goro. Ill look into that today. I've heard of Khan academy but wasn't familiar at the time with whether or not they cover upper level sciences.

Lippincott or Lange for biochemistry. Excellent and simple.

Kevin Ahern from Oregon State has good lectures on Youtube. If nothing else, you can watch his hair.
