Ovarian Cycle vs Menstrual Cycle

Does anyone know what the difference between these two is? It sounds like Ovarian Cycle is a part of the Menstrual cycle according to Feralis Biology and other notes. Can anyone please provide some information.

Without going into detail the ovarian cycle is the releasing of the egg. The menstrual cycle is the releasing of the egg and the sloughing off of the unused endometrial lining.
