overseas degree ,,help plzz

well i got my bachelor from overseas, and some of my courses grades are bad, I talked to many advisers in many pharmacy schools and they told me i can choose if i want to use this degree, is it true ?, and if i chose to use it, can i just select what courses to enter in my pharmcas application or i should use all courses taken...plz helppp

You can either claim you have a degree or not but you can't pick and choose which courses you want to be added to pharmcas if you do. I'm sure they won't check with foreign colleges but wouldn't it be lying to say you don't have a degree when you do?
