hey guys, had a random question. Has anyone from the states completed a residency here and actually went overseas to practice anesthesiology as a locums or permanent. I've heard some good and bad, but enough to spark my curiosity. In particular, I'm talking about Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand. I've heard of international staffing companies, but wanted to see if anyone has had experience and what their impression was. Feel free to PM me or you can respond to this. Thanks.

I'm in the process of moving to Oz, so I know the system there pretty well.
It's not a short, or an easy process, but depending on your reasons, can be worth it (I think).
