Owning your own Pharmacy

Hi,
I was wondering if someone could tell me the procedure to owning your own pharmacy. I am assuming as long as you own any building you can open up a Pharmacy in it correct? How much would it cost to maintain. I know this is a question that may have a wide range of answers but can someone give me a range? How much can one expect to make when owning their own pharmacy?

But, the question you're asking has so many variables.

It would be like, how much $ would I expect to make if I bought this *insert random name* (i.e Subway, Medicine Shoppe, Domino's Pizza, XYZ Medical Supply, etc.) business?
