Hi everyone! I am a longtime lurker and this is my first time posting on SDN, so I apologize if this post does not belong here.
As many of you already know, most universities have made the transition to primarily conduct classes online. My university in particular has given students the option to take courses for a traditional letter grade or as pass/fail. I am a sophomore and currently have around a 3.6 cumulative GPA with an upward trend. I struggled a bit my freshman year, but have greatly improved my study skills since. I've gotten a 3.7+ in both summer 2019 and fall 2019 semesters. My current classes are calculus 1, social science, english, general chemistry II, and general chemistry II lab. The classes I am most worried about are my calc and history classes (may get a B in both and that may lower my GPA depending if B-/B/B+).
Given this information, would it be worth it for me to take some or all of my classes for P/F? I'm not sure if taking only some P/F would look suspect, but I also don't want to take a whole semester P/F if my A grades aren't considered.
