P/F becomes effective in May 2022, what does that mean for current DO students?

Do we have a choice to take it before vs. after?

if you are class of 2024 Step 1 which is the more important test becomes p/f January of 2022. So you will take it after it is P/F

What about COMLEX? And yeah USMLE is more important but kinda less now since it's p/f

USMLE was still the more important test since more residency candidates take that test, it was an easier way to gauge Applicants on a level scale. but No one in the class of 2024 will be able to take a scored COMLEX. That is directly from NOMBE meeting I had this week.
