Sorry if this has been asked before.

I have p/f for basic sciences.

Are there any subjects I should study really hard for that are high yield for step I? Basically, what should I put in my long-term memory and what should I just cram for...anatomy? biochemistry?

Thanks

All of them for Step 1.

Pathophysiology and Pharmacology for life...
-which means you have to know histology and physiology first
-anatomy doesn't hurt
