Hi....I just want to know about the various fields in medicine where a PA can specialize in.

For the most part, where any physician can practice and PA can work too. Hence the name ... Physician ASSISTANT.

Not necessarily correct. Anesthesia would be an exception.

pa's work in every specialty along with physicians and solo in remote/inner city/rural/underserved settings with distant supervision by chart review.
 
I did a 1 yr "fellowship" in ENT thru the Air Force. I think they are the only ones that offer it. It has turned out very nicely. I have seen more than a few job offers for PA's in anesthesia as well despite the comments of a previous poster. However, I think the PA gas job actually was more preop than gas passing.
