Does anyone know about opportunities overseas for PA?
Is there anything akin to a residency program like in the US?

there are jobs for pa's overseas. check out the international page at www.aapa.org
there are no pa residencies outside the united states yet(maybe soon, there are pa programs in holland, canada, and soon in england)

England is asking for PAs right now. There are a few PAs over there helping to create the profession there. Contact Aracadia University for more information. One of the former students is working there as a PA and they may have contact info if you're interested. You could work for the governement in an embassy virtually anywhere in the world as well!
