PA programs in Minnesota

Hi guys,
I have a brother in law who is currently an EMT in Minneapolis and is considering going back to school for an RN degree ( he wants to work in ER),but I suggested a PA program. Do ya'll know of any PA programs in that area? Also, are most PA programs full time. Any ideas of how a "school day" plays out? Thanks for any info.
