Hi, i was wondering if any of you could tell me if would have a chance at getting accepted into PA school... i have a 3.9 gpa (both science and cumulative), i have already taken all the prerequisites, and I have over 800 hours of patient care experience.

Depends on the school.
your gpa is fine but many of the better programs have min. hce cutoffs of 1000, 2000, or 4000 hrs. so you would be automatically excluded with 800.
for pa related issues look here:
www.physicianassistantforum.com for access to 20,000 PAs instead of the 5 who post here.

I would like to think your chances are pretty favorable.

i was planning on applying to schools that only require about a few 100 hours
