Hello Pharm Dream,
Pacific University is a private university and with that in mind there is no special consideration to instate or out of state applicants. They select their candidates from a pool of applicants regardless of state or country of origin. They search beyond grades and I hope that makes sense to you. They want people who are well experienced in many fields of life. People who can think for themselves and communicate or express themselves comfortably.

They look out for people who will become great leaders in the field of pharmacy. From the last pool of applicants it is evident enough that the process is getting more competitive. So I suggest you take out plenty of time to review all your documents and work on any stat that is gloomy.
