anyone know any companies that offer physician surveys online for some cash?
 
You usually have to be board eligible. I don't know how to contact them, seems like they just find you... I get these letters to do surveys on the web, but as soon as I tell them I have had 0 patient outside of residency, the next screen tells me, no thanks.
