hey, sorry if this question has already been asked but I was just wondering if people think I will have a better shot at a pain fellowship if I go thru the PM&R route or via anesthesiology. I'm a current 3rd year really interested in pain med and am just trying to figure out what is the best route to go. Thanks for any advice

Anesthesia

anesthesia

but PM&R is more fun...

Definitely Anesthesia but the real question is which specialty are you truly passionate about. It would suck if you decide to go into either specialty and finally figure out that you hate it.
