Recently I have noticed a lot of discussion on this board about pain management and interventional spine fellowships. Although I have found all of the information very informative I am still curious as to one subject.
That is, how does one secure a fellowship in one of these disciplines?. What are the most important criteria and credentials that an applicant must possess? How important is research experience vs. SAE scores vs. multiple elective rotations?
I know that several people on this board are quite experienced with the fellowship application and selection process and their input would be very valuable.
