Pain medicine fellowship positions for PMR/EM?

Does anyone know which fellowships are specifically PMR? I am an emergency medicine resident interested in pain fellowship. The anesthesia fellowship positions seem to already by interviewing. I haven't gotten my LORs together yet. I thought I had until October to apply to fellowship as most other EM fellowships.

From what I understand, just about all the chronic pain fellowships through Anesthesiology accept applications from other specialties (primarily Neurology, Psychology and PM&R). It's arguably the most competitive anesthesiology fellowship so it is difficult for applicants outside of that specialty to get accepted but it certainly happens, just needs to be a very strong CV. I'd say you ave too late for this cycle, at least for anesthesiology-based chronic pain programs (most are over halfway done with interviews already) and I think applications opened in March/April.

I do not have insight into other chronic pain programs outside of anesthesiology, but others may.
