More than ever I'm emphasizing non-steroid/non-NSAID based therapies...

"By masking the response of the immune system taking anti-inflammatories can not only impair the body's response but also hide the signs of how serious it can be. This can delay the diagnosis and therefore treatment."

There are no therapies without risk. Acetaminophen has similar effects on immune response. Opioids can get everyone into regulatory hassles. Would patients do better without medical care? This is the question that really fascinates me - is poor medical care worse than no medical care. I think the answer is probably. //
There are 8.6 million deaths every year in low- and middle-income countries — the majority of the world, 134 countries — that could have been saved with good-quality health systems. These were deaths from treatable conditions because people didn't get good care.

Of that 8.6 million, we found that 5 million were people who got care but just got poor quality care. The remaining 3.6 million were because of a lack of access, which has been the traditional focus in global health.// What Kills 5 Million People A Year? It's Not Just Disease

I've got no problems with steroids. Aspirin and NSAIDs are different, specifically for respiratory illnesses, where they can be double edged swords.

"Doctors treating coronavirus cases have suggested that using a particular type of anti-inflammatory drug sold without a prescription can aggravate the illness in patients who are treating the symptoms of an undiagnosed COVID-19 infection. "

"The notification is based on observations from patients admitted to intensive care. “Doctors there report “massive doses of NSAIDs” taken especially by young subjects without comorbidity, suffering from severe forms of the disease,” says LeFigaro. It’s not known whether patients with severe forms of COVID-19 have taken more NSAIDs than others, but the warning shouldn’t be ignored. "

We can to assume everyone has or will have COVID-19 so it's irrelevant to me if they mask their symptoms with Acetaminophen or Dexamethasone at the time of an injection. Treatment is supportive at this time was my understanding?

But yes, local only whenever possible is reasonable.
