I've got a very nice (read: easy) patient moving to Houston in the next few weeks.
56 year-old lady with 2 level discogenic low back pain with left sided radicular symptoms due to foraminal narrowing.
She is worker's comp and has been doing very well on 2 Perc 5mg per day with Flexeril at night for sleep, with an occasional bilateral S1 TFESI when the radicular pain is too overwhelming (I think I've done 4 or 5 in the last year).
She is likely headed toward a 1 or 2 level decompression surgery, but has been a super easy patient for me.
Anybody know a good doc in H-town?
