Hey everyone I just wanted to start this post for all the students who are seeking admission or have been accepted to PBA as of rite now for fall 2016. I had my interview on Friday and today I got my call that I had been accepted! If anyone needs help or tips let me know !!!
 
The interview was very laid back in my opinion. They ask you the basic why that school why pharmacy questions . I noticed my interview was a lot shorter than the others though. But yeah those two questions as well as an example of a time I failed and how did I recover and get back on track . Where I see the future of pharmacy . And what is it in life that helped me realize pharmacy was what I wanted
 
I got a 60 on pcat and have a 3.7 science gpa 3.67 cumulative , 3.55 math
 
You are going to absolutely love the school you watch ! What were your stats ?
 
3.7 and 93% PCAT , I am nervous because English is not my first language and it is my first interview oh gosh lol:hilarious::roflcopter:
 
You will be fine that is one of the easiest interviews . I interviewed in usf on Monday and it was a totally different different atmosphere than PBA. And nova is different as well . That school feels the best no doubt people are so kind it's incredible . No other school compares I really think I'm going to accept my offer . Only con is the tuition is high but I really do think it is worth it
 
I feel as if in the interview they simply want to make sure you are not socially awkward and can hold a conversation

thanks so much, many people have told me they are really really nice, cannot wait!! did you get an interview at NOVA?
 
Yes I did originally dec 3 but had to switch dates but in between the 15th and the 20th now !

U apply early at usf cause no one has interview there yet? Im still wait interview
 
I guess it must have been early it was in mid-late October that my application got verified and I applied there . They invited me for an interview nov 30
 
Have you interviewed anywhere or received any interviews at least ? And if so where's your school of choice. Additionally let me tel you that usf is not having anymore interviews until next year
 
Interviewed UGA, will have Interview Larkin Hospital, still wait USF.

USF said their interviews start January 16, or they send interview invitations on January 16?

Hello fellow students, I have a interview coming up in a few weeks from now and had a few questions. Is there still a assessment (chem, math, and essay)? How long does it take to hear back if you been accepted or not and how (email or phone)? From what I've been researching it seems like a laid back interview, is there anything else I should be expecting. Any help would be awesome, THANKS!

hey I have an interview set up for Jan 29th!!! really excited
was wondering if they made you write an essay before the interview? I had heard from a friend they do was just wondering if you had to. also how quickly did they get back to you with your acceptance after the interview? PBA is my first choice so if i get an offer I will for sure be accepting it ASAP!

hi there,
i got interview at PBA last week. i like it a lot. no pressure at all and it was a lay back one. no assessment at my interview process. they will call you within a week to let you know you are accepted or not. i got accepted 🙂
 
Hi to all 🙂;
I have been accepted to PBA pharmacy program. :soexcited:The process went very fast for me. I had my Pharmcas verified November 12. The next day I received a call from Maria at PBA asking if I could make it to their November 20th interview ( this was on a Friday). I went to the interview and that following Monday the 23rd I received a call at 9:30 a.m telling me I got accepted.:claps: I was shocked and very happy :soexcited:I was between this school and NOVA . I got an interview for NOVA but decided to decline their offer. The interview at PBA was laid back. There is no essay. I wish good luck to all who are in the process of applying and interviewing. I am sure you will all do great!:banana:
 
Wow, grats for everyone who got in. Hopefully there's a spot left for me there. By the way is the 1 on 1 interview closed or open file? Thanks for the feedback.

I had accepted my seat but I think I'm giving it up so there will be a seat for you ! No worries !
 
School was absolutely amazing my favorite of them all but the commute was way to long and moving out and paying for rent in west palm wouldn't be very smart financially as it is rather expensive there . I think I'm going to NOVA
