Palm PCs

Has anyone had success using palm PCs to manage patients during their clinical rotations? Ie: H&Ps, progress note, DDx etc... Do your attendings use them? What are you/they using?

If you must use a handheld, got to http://www.handspring.com and get one of their expandable PalmOS machines.
