Palm Question

Hey,
I just had a quick question about the Palm OS. This one is the first one I have owned and I find that I turn it on and off very frequently throughout the day to look stuff up. Is it bad for the palm that I do this, I am worried I might break it

Not a problem at all. They are designed for instant on/off usage.
