Panda reaps with frustration of the egotistical, inefficient academic environment we all train in.......naievely unaware that private practice differs drastically from the academic milleau...

And the financial devastation some of us incur in an attempt to reach the holy grail.

I feel ya, Panda. I was a member of the financial devastation group emerging from residency.

200K+ in student loan debt.....
