Actually, Northwestern wasn't bad at all... the panel interviewers made a real effort to make sure we felt comfortable. It was definitely cool to hear what other people have to say in interview situations (although there are bound to be a couple "hey, i was going to say that!" moments). I was a little more nervous, 'cause you don't really get the same rhythm you get from a one-on-one, but after a few questions, I started feeling pretty comfortable. Something to keep in mind is that you actually have less time to talk about yourself and no real follow-up questions, so make sure you're getting everything across that you want to.
